many of namibian youths have strived to solve this matter through the activities in IPYG and they finally damanded the president to settle this problem by letters calling for DPCW, the law for peace. and the namibian president responded to these young people, adding that he's willing to work with IPYG.
IPYG (International Peace youth group) is a wing of international peace organization called 'HWPL(Heavenly Culture, World Peace, Restoration of Light)'. this organization works not only in some countries but all across the globe to achieve the world peace.
