I'm sure that you've listened to this song for peace. this song was released
some decades ago, and it's still loved by people after all these years.
John and Yoko strongly believed the possibility of achieving peaceful world
and used their influence to reach the purpose. The world has changed greatly
from then on but on different aspect, it is too same with that time.
people are still singing a song craving for cessation of war. it's true that the war which
took place in some regions of world, for instance, the vietam war and WW2 ended
long time ago, but there are also the regions that are in constant war caused by
national interest and religion. and it's always normal people who only lose everything
through the war.

What effect does it have?
as mentioned above, international society is still in threat of disputes despite the
present law preventing usage of weapon and war. it is because, in one aspect, presenting
international law cannot fully prevent the war as it permits the warfare in emergancy.
This makes the complete cessation of war less feasible and let the powerful states abuse
the law to get their own interests.
HWPL and allies from all around the war, have concluded that we need to block
any attempt to use the weapon through the DPCW, which plans to implement the policies above.
At 4th anniversary of WARP summit, we will discuss about plans and projects to legislate
the DPCW and show all the process to public. it would be a great experience and chance if you
